Plans change. Here's how we handle changes and cancellations, fairly, both ways.
We understand that travel plans shift. You can cancel or reschedule any appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge, for any reason.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your appointment are subject to a 50% service fee, billed to the card on file or collected before any future booking. This covers our nurse's allocated time and travel.
If our nurse arrives at the booked location and you cannot be reached or are not present, the visit is treated as a no-show and the full service amount is charged.
For your safety, we may need to decline or reschedule a visit if you have symptoms that suggest a more serious illness (high fever, severe abdominal pain, signs of infection, etc.). In these cases there is no cancellation charge, and we'll help you find an appropriate clinic or hospital.
On rare occasions, staff illness, weather, an emergency, we may need to reschedule. In that case we'll contact you as early as possible, offer the next available slot, and you can also choose a full refund with no further obligation.
